While I'm still recovering from yesterdays graduation parties of mine, you sweeties can enjoy our Fridays Five I promised you on Thursday. This time the music I chose isn't party music as it usually is. It's more likely describing the morning feeling after parties if you know what I mean... ;)
... No party music for Ninni today thank you !
Bruno Mars // The Lazy Song [Official Video]
Sunrise Avenue // Hollywood Hills
Rihanna // California King Bed
Bo Kaspers Orkester // Semester

Total breakdown.
Total breakdown. Sweat, blood and tears. Oh, this drama...
I'm sorry to say darlings but today I can't give our Fridays Five to you. I'm in a hurry because of the tomorrows graduating party but I promise to give that later on. Earlier this day, I even considered to cancel the whole graduating party because of the massive stress, chaos and hurry...
This song (linked below) really describes the feeling today! Specially the name of it ;)
The band came familiar to me a couple of years ago, thanks to our Feo!

Ps. And of course only now I heard that there is interesting event near Finland today! In Moscow: the Muz-TV Awards! Guess I need to be satisfied the versions we can find in the net and wish all the artists good luck... To tell you the truth, some luck in my life tomorrow would be more than welcome.
I hope the arrangements of our Feos graduating party has been more successful than mine.
I think all what matters tomorrow is that at least I can enjoy the day with my nearest and dearest: Family, relatives and closest friends ;)

Mission impossible – an extremely impossible version
Phew. Just 2 days until the graduation celebrations. The Dress, check. The Shoes, check. The Hat, check. Mission impossible carried out, finally.
Btw, it´s interesting how people manage to spend on their graduation. For example, one of our dear friends has spent over 700 Euros just on her dress and shoes. I mean, gosh, it´s just one day. And the main point in all that celebrating isn´t dazzling with the looks or trying to brag how much money your family and guests have given you.
I´m going to invite my friends and family to praise that I´ve accomplished something in my life. Something worth partying. And in my opinion that´s how it should be.

''Ylioppilaat'' -cookies (recipe without any egg since some of my guests are allergic to it)
Only two days to go and the pressure is on. In this week I've been cleaning, fixing, shopping, planting, tidying, decorating and baking... Stress and deadlines have become really familiar in these days. While I'm waiting for my nervous breakdown I decided to share one recipe I tested for my graduation party!
Don't be afraid if you're not ''professional'' in baking. So far every one here are life and kicking. I need to say that I don't usually enjoy being in kitchen but these were really easy to do, so don't worry!
Ylioppilaat -cookies
(recipe without any egg since some of my guests are allergic to it)
200 g margarine
1½ dl sugar
1/3 dl potato flour
3 dl wheat flour
raspberry jam
chocolate
hundreds and thousands/Sprinkles
Knead the sugar and the margarine so that they're mixed together. Mix potato flour and the wheat flour with the sugar and the margarine.
Roll the dough and use something ''round'' item to do the shape of the cookies. I myself used our schnapps glasses to do them ;)
Then put these cookies to the oven with the temperature of 175°C about for 10 minutes. They should become light brown. Let them cool for sometime.
In the meantime melt the chocolate (with the double boiler so it doesn't burn.) Then dip the upper cookie in the chocolate so that chocolate covers one third and a bit more of the cookie and put one piece of hundreds and thousands/Sprinkles in the middle (look at the photo above.) Let the cookies cool a bit.
Take another cookie (one that doesn't have chocolate at all) and put the jam there. I myself don't prefer jams much so I didn't put there that much of it. Then put the upper part (Cookie that has a choloate) on the top of the cookie.
Now the ''Ylioppilaat'' -cookies are ready! Congratulations, you made it sweeties ;)
