Sharply saying, or well what I've understood, in this campaign different artists and H&M have designed clothes which are sold in H&M stores. The money profit they'll get goes for AIDS/HIV prevention and they're trying to create awareness about this awful disease.
I really put a high value on this. It's a serious matter and needs everyones attention. In 2009 I bought one T-shirt from this collection and I'm going to do it this year too. I'm suggesting to you sweeties to do the same! You don't loose that much money yourselves and what's more: you have a good reason for shopping ;)
